By accessing or using our offerings, users agree to comply with these terms and accept the limitations and responsibilities outlined in the warranty and disclaimer.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Who’s Your Tech LLC provides a 30-day product warranty on all parts purchased and installed for defects or failures related to quality workmanship from the manufacturer. After the first 30 days of installation, the original manufacturer would be responsible for any warranty claim if a defect or issue should arise. However, there are a few additional exceptions to the warranty that Who’s Your Tech LLC does not cover on installed parts which include the following:

 

  • The manufacturer’s warranty expiration date.

  • The product is not used as intended.

  • The product is altered or damaged due to customer negligence.

  • Force Majeure

 

All original packaging and paperwork are required for Who’s Your Tech LLC to accept the return. There is no exception to this policy. The 30 days begins with the date listed on your invoice. A 15% restocking fee may be incurred on the returned item and is at the sole discretion of Who’s Your Tech LLC.

COMPUTER WARRANTY

Who’s Your Tech LLC takes great pride in building quality products with 100% customer satisfaction and will warranty your new custom-built computer for up to 1 Year (365 Days). The warranty begins from the date of the first service. Who’s Your Tech LLC does not offer an extended warranty beyond the stated warranty. 

The warranty for the new computer only covers hardware components of the computer from manufacturer defects. If part(s) fail due to a manufacturer defect, Who’s Your Tech LLC will assess the customer's concern and will replace the part(s) within 14 days based on product availability and scheduling availability. 

Hardware defects due to customer damage are not covered. However, Who’s Your Tech LLC is happy to repair customer damage at the current standard hourly rate, including the parts required to complete the repair. 

This warranty does not cover any issues related to software, which include the following:

  • Software damage due to Malware/Virus

  • Hard-drive hardware failure

  • Not responsible for data loss due to storage failure

  • Accidental deletion of data

  • Any software installed by the customer

 

Who’s Your Tech LLC strongly recommends that each customer have a backup plan in place to help prevent losing irreplaceable data. However, Who’s Your Tech LLC is happy to assist in finding a viable backup solution if requested.

DISCLAIMER

  1. User responsibility: It is the responsibility of the user to ensure the security of their computer systems, including the installation and use of antivirus software, firewalls, and other security measures. We are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the user's failure to implement adequate security measures.

  2. Limitation of liability: We are not liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from the use of our computer services and support, including but not limited to any loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

  3. Service limitations: Our computer services and support are provided on an "as-is" basis, and we do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

  4. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our computer services and support at any time, without notice or liability to users.

There are no other warranty agreements, oral or written, or understanding which extend beyond those set forth herein.
